Notes to the required application

To submit a legally valid digital tender, you need an advanced signature by
means of an S-Trust software certificate, or a certified electronic signature
card and a card reader.

The advanced signature is legally accepted as part of electronic procurement
and replaces the handwritten signature. At the following Internet address you
can ask for an advanced certificate: www.sparkassen-shop.de/evergabe

If you want to use a signature card, install the necessary drivers and utilities
for it before you are going to install the AI tenderer cockpit.

You can also submit your tender in the conventional way on paper. After the
AI bidder cockpit was installed, you can open the corresponding forms etc.
in PDF format and print them.

You can add further documents to the tender documents before submitting
your tender. These documents should be issued in standard file formats, e.g.
PDF, HTML, JPG or RTF.
Please note that changes of the documents of the contracting authority may
lead to an exclusion!
